About us.
Part of Worcestershire’s GP federation, we’ve got roots in our local NHS—and support our local system by recruiting talented permanent, contract and flexible staff to keep our services strong.
We’ve previously run recruitment campaigns including the Worcestershire Flexible Pools Service and NHS Reservists, stood up and managed services such as the Covid-19 Vaccination Centres, Acute Respiratory Illness and Primary Care Overflow hubs, and we recruit on behalf of Primary Care Networks and GP practices across the county - so we recruit for a huge variety of staff across all skillsets.
And as we’re already based within the NHS, put simply, we get it. We know the pressures our providers are facing, and so we’re able to work quickly and in an agile, focused way to deliver a service that’s intuitively designed to meet our clients’ needs—and those of our staff.
